The law states that a minor cannot enter into a contract. It is therefore unlawful for anyone under the age of 18 to enter into a contract with Giant Cannington.

Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that our customers are transacting with us in a safe and secure environment, Giant Cannington does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner.

If we have any reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner we will not enter into that transaction. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that Giant Cannington does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner.

Giant Cannington reserves all rights to all intellectual property owned by it.


No goods will be dispatched without full payment.

All Pricing on giantcannington.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honoured.

Giant Cannington offers secure online ordering using our user-friendly shopping cart system. When ordering online at giantcannington.com.au payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit . Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.


Delivery for accessories that are sent within Australia will be made via Australia Post. A flat shipping rate of $12.00- $15.00  applies to each order depending or item sizes or quantities.

Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery within Australia.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post. Goods damaged in transit is a risk to the customer and Giant Cannington can not be held responsible for goods damaged by others after it has left our premises as it is the customer who is requesting the delivery service.

Out of stock items

If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (excludes Saturday and Sunday). You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If the product is being ordered by us we can place your item on back order. Items on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Giant Cannington. Payments will only be processed when the goods are ready to be dispatched.


Giant Cannington  has every confidence in the products that we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as a result of the colour or size or you are simply not happy with your choice, please contact us within 7 Days to arrange an exchange. Please return the goods to us unused and in original packaging with all tags intact. The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return and delivery of items being exchanged.

Return of Faulty Goods

All products sold by Giant Cannington are quality brands that are respected in our industry. Most of these items are are covered by a warranty offered by the Manufacturer (eg. Giant, Liv, Shimano, etc). If a product appears to be faulty, and the purchase date falls within the time frame outlined by the Manufacturer's warranty period, then you should contact us immediately for information on how to process a warranty claim with that particular Manufacturer's Australian Distributor.

The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return of faulty items back to Giant Cannington, or to directly to the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor.

The decision to repair, replace, or refuse a claim is made by the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor only.

If the claim is refused due to any reasons given by the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor, the customer will be notified and will be responsible for delivery charges of the product if the customer wants it returned.

If the claim is approved for repair or replacement, no shipping will be charged on final delivery to the customer. This cost will covered by Giant Cannington to assist our customers.

Please note that Giant Cannington will do everything in our power to assist you in processing the claim with the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor.


Dear customer,

Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
